İADE VE DEĞİŞİM POLİTİKASI / RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Her Curious of Istanbul ürünü el işçiliğiyle ve özenle üretilmektedir. Ürünlerimizden tamamen memnun olmanızı isteriz.

İade Koşulları

• Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
• İade edilecek ürün kullanılmamış, orijinal ambalajında ve etiketleri üzerinde olmalıdır.
• Kişiye özel üretilen veya özel sipariş ürünler iade kapsamı dışındadır.
• İade kargo ücreti alıcıya aittir.

İade Süreci

1. hello@curiousofistanbul.com adresine sipariş numaranız ve iade gerekçenizle e-posta gönderin.
2. İade onayı aldıktan sonra ürünü belirtilen adrese gönderin.
3. Ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan ve kontrol edildikten sonra 5-7 iş günü içinde ödemeniz iade edilir.

Hasarlı veya Hatalı Ürün

Ürününüz hasarlı veya hatalı ulaştıysa lütfen teslimattan itibaren 48 saat içinde fotoğraflı olarak hello@curiousofistanbul.com adresine bildirin. Ücretsiz değişim veya tam iade sağlanacaktır.

Return Policy

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Personalised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return

1. Email hello@curiousofistanbul.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, send the item to the address provided.
3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at hello@curiousofistanbul.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
